Nichollas L. Rayfield, Clinical Director

Nichollas L. Rayfield is a mental health professional with extensive experience in clinical supervision, mental health counseling, substance use disorder treatment, and behavioral health program development. As the Clinical Director, Nichollas leads licensed and credentialed staff, ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, and implements evidence-based interventions tailored to adolescents and diverse populations.

With a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and a specialization in Child & Adolescent Trauma, Nichollas has strong expertise in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and complex case management. He is also a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and an active member of the American Counseling Association, the Association of Black Psychologists, and the District of Columbia Counseling Association. He has conducted research, training, and presentations on substance abuse, trauma recovery, and community-based mental health initiatives, contributing to the advancement of mental health education and advocacy.
